Sessions require a minimum of two people to run so if you are a single please contact us to check if there are existing bookings on your preferred session.
Payment in full is due when booking your experience.
Following your booking we incur costs, organise an instructor, and cover insurance for your session. Therefore cancellations must be made at least 10 days ahead of the booked session to receive a refund in full. Cancellations made 7-10 days in advance of the session will receive a 50% refund. If less than 7 days’ notice is given for a cancellation there will be no refund given.
Our cancellation policy extends to medical issues which prohibit you to participate in the activity, excluding Covid-19 symptoms where a full refund will be given.
Snowdonia Nordic Walking reserve the right to refuse a session to any participant who attends without suitable/adequate clothing and footwear without a refund.
The routes we take require a basic level of fitness in order to cope with the pace and the uphill sections. Anyone with an existing injury or medical condition should seek doctor’s advice before booking a session. Please discuss any medical concerns with the office prior to the activity. If you fail to disclose medical issues until the day of the activity and the instructors decides it would be unsafe for you to participate in the session we reserve the right to refuse you on the activity with no refund.
If you are late for your activity we reserve the right to cancel or amend your activity with no refund as it can impact our other activities and instructors.
If you do not provide a telephone number as requested in the booking confirmation and you (the customer) are late or end up at the wrong location we may have to modify or cancel your activity without a refund.
